Michael Chin brings more than 30 years of proven fintech experience to his role leading Broadway. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, Global Head of Trading at Refinitiv, where he oversaw Refinitiv’s pre-trade desktop, execution platforms, real-time data, and analytics across equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and commodities. Prior to Refinitiv, he was President and CEO of Mantara, Inc., where he successfully transformed Mantara into a leader in developing ultra-low latency trading solutions for the buy- and sell-side communities. He previously held multiple executive roles and was president and member of the board of directors at TradingScreen, Inc., where he helped the company become the global leader in multi-asset class execution management systems. Michael spent the early part of his career at JP Morgan, serving as head of JP Morgan Investment Management’s Fixed Income Trading Group after holding various regional and global trading and management positions across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
Bruce leads Broadway’s global business operations, encompassing relationship management, product management, professional services, Greyspan, and client services. Prior to joining Broadway in 2020, Bruce served as Chief Operating Officer at Pico, a leading provider of infrastructure and connectivity services to the global financial community. While at Pico, Bruce spearheaded the rapid growth of the company by expanding Pico’s product set both organically and through acquisition, developing new customer segments and launching new business locations. He also served in management roles at the New York Stock Exchange, where he managed teams in a division launching new product offerings and sales initiatives in conjunction with NYSE’s own global datacenter launch. Earlier in his career, he ran sales engineering and electronic trading services at Merrill Lynch and served as COO/CCO for Wave Securities. Bruce graduated from West Virginia University with BSBA in Finance and from DePaul University with a MS in Finance.
Claudia is responsible for Broadway's worldwide legal operations, including intellectual property, technology, commercial, compliance, and employment legal matters. Prior to joining Broadway in 2013, Claudia was a Partner and Co-Chair of the US Intellectual Property Group at Salans LLP. Previously, Claudia practiced law at several firms, including Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Fried, Frank, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. In 2014, Claudia was elected a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Claudia holds a BS in Speech from Northwestern University and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Dario oversees Broadway’s corporate IT, information security and technology operations, as well as its Greyspan business, which offers Broadway clients full-service colocation, cloud hosting and system oversight. He boasts more than 20 years’ experience in technology and capital markets acquired from multiple senior roles across software development, product management and professional services. He joined Broadway in 2017 to build and manage the company’s Platform Performance Analytics consulting business and lead the Greyspan business, where he expanded Broadway’s global presence to 11 data centers, 110+ venues and into the cloud. He holds a BSc from the University of South Africa.
As Chief People Officer, Lyuba Golberg leads Broadway’s global People function. Lyuba brings over 20 years of People management, leadership, and FinTech experience to Broadway having led global teams across the US, EMEA and APAC. Prior to joining Broadway, Lyuba served as Chief People Officer for TS Imagine, CPO and Board Member for Trading Screen, Inc, and CHRO for Ullink where she led strategic workforce planning, development, and innovative people solutions. Lyuba also served as Managing Director of Human Resources at the New York Stock Exchange, where she led the People function of NYSE Technologies. She started her HR career working with the American Red Cross’ September 11 Recovery Program. She holds a BS from Hunter College, and is an EMBA Candidate at Cornell University Johnson School of Business.
Eitan oversees Broadway’s technology vision, strategy and innovation roadmap. He joined Broadway in 2007 and has held numerous leadership roles across the company, including Chief Architect, Director of Product and Director of Professional Services. Throughout his tenure, Eitan has leveraged his broad engineering and capital markets expertise to work closely with Broadway’s global clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver innovative solutions to power their trading operations. He earned both a BS and MEng in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Dan brings more than 25 years of international FinTech experience to his role at Broadway, including roles at exchanges, broker dealers, clearing firms and vendors. He joined Broadway from USAM Group Inc., a sales and marketing agency that helps startup and scaleup firms effectively better their business, where he served as co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer. Throughout his tenure he worked closely with clients to understand their needs and advise them how to quickly and cost effectively grow revenue and drive data strategy, policy and data management best practices. Prior to USAM Group Inc., Romanelli worked as a Senior Consultant at Delta Risk LLC, Vice President of NYSE Euronext and Vice President of Merrill Lynch. Throughout his career he has led turnaround projects for FinTech software startups and launched both data product business lines and multiple electronic execution products.
Scott leads Broadway’s financial operations, including financial planning & analysis, treasury & cash optimization, M&A, tax, accounting, audit, and financial systems & tools. Prior to joining Broadway in 2019, Scott was the Chief Financial Officer of Boomi Inc., a hyper-growth Middleware SaaS Company where he focused on value creation, predictability, cash flow optimization, and scaling the business. He also spent 19 years in various executive positions with Dell Technologies Finance, with an emphasis on business partnering and leading global teams in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Scott’s career at Dell included leading financial and system integration of the largest tech merger in history between Dell Technologies and EMC Corporation. Upon graduation from college, Scott joined the Procter & Gamble (P&G) Finance Development Program. He left P&G as the Associate Director of P&G North America Pharmaceuticals, where he was the finance lead on one of the largest co-marketing agreements in pharmaceutical history for Actonel, a blockbuster osteoporosis drug. Scott graduated with a Finance degree from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, where he was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity and a Silver Spur.
As of Head of Product, Brad steers the product vision, planning, strategies and projects for the Broadway software solutions. Brad also works with clients to keep the pulse on an evolving fixed income market. Prior to joining Broadway, Brad was a Fixed Income Product Manager at Bloomberg, where he was product owner of fixed income analytics, procured fixed income and derivative data leading teams in user interface development, infrastructure, and databases. Brad also concentrated on Regulatory change and fixed income market structure, leading projects for Mifid II and Libor transition while working with regulators and industry associations. Prior to that, Brad was head of FICC, North America for ING, where he lead transformation in derivatives trading for Rates, FX, and Developed market credit. Also, Brad held rates trading roles at National Australia Bank, JP Morgan, and Bear Stearns. Brad graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA in Finance and Accounting.
As Chief of Staff (CoS), Shawn Stern works closely with Broadway’s CEO and Leadership Team to identify, design, and execute strategic and cultural agendas across the company. Shawn leads all cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives and is responsible for Broadway’s Transformation Management Office, driving operational, developmental, and structural initiatives designed to help Broadway manage its accelerated growth and continuously invest in its people, culture, and customer commitments. A 12-year Broadway veteran, Shawn leverages his diverse experience and unique perspective to orchestrate large scale business evolutions with a focus on execution, speed, repeatability, and scalability. Shawn is also Broadway’s Chief ESG Officer, ensuring Broadway focuses on environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives that impact its customers and employees.
Shawn began his Broadway career as a software consultant when the company’s product growth was primarily driven by client requirements and engagements. His ability to connect with customer on their business goals, ideate with technical depth and develop new product functionality led to some of Broadway’s longest-standing customer engagements.
Prior to moving into the CoS role, Shawn served as Broadway’s Head of People where he focused on balancing business operations with employee development, success, and retention. He also fostered a culture that recognizes each individual’s unique value, recognizes the value of team unity, and treats all people with respect, honesty, and dignity.
Over his long tenure, Shawn has led some of Broadway’s largest business successes and most impactful transformations. His role as Chief of Staff ensures that he will continue to tap his technology expertise, client engagement experience, and vision for organizational strategy towards transforming Broadway in the next chapter of growth.
He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Misha oversees the software engineering organization whose talented engineers design, implement and deliver Broadway’s innovative trading solutions. He joined Broadway in 2013 as an engagement lead, working directly with customers to plan, deploy, and launch their Broadway trading systems, and more recently he managed the company’s dealer-to-dealer applications engineering team. Misha started his career as an engineer at Trilogy, an enterprise software company whose customers included Sun Microsystems, Ford Motor Company, and other Fortune 100 companies. Prior to Broadway, Misha practiced law at a large international law firm in New York City. He holds a BSE in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the University of Texas.
Tyler serves as Chairman of Broadway’s Board of Directors, ensuring Broadway delivers on its long-term vision of providing pioneering capabilities to the industry. Tyler co-founded Broadway in 2003 and was CEO until 2021. Prior to Broadway, Tyler was a pioneer in high-frequency automated trading of fixed-income securities. At the height of the dot-com era, Tyler was Chief Technology Officer at carOrder.com, a startup with $125M in funding to sell cars online. Tyler started his career as a software engineer at Trilogy, an enterprise software company whose customers included Sun Microsystems, Ford Motors, and other Fortune 100 companies. Tyler is a recognized industry leader and has been honored as one of Institutional Investor’s top 40 global leaders in trading technology and as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year for his achievements. Tyler holds multiple patents in distributed computing and trading technology. He earned his BS and MEng in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT.
